Cancer Research Network, Inc. is a Florida-based non-profit organization that is uniquely structured to offer programs of varying benefit to the community. Known as a Site Maintenance Organization (SMO) in the clinical research industry, we manage the clinical trial process for community oncology practices. Our collaborating physicians are passionate about bringing their patients cutting-edge care and know that offering them treatment options through clinical trials is the way to see that happen. As an organization on a constant mission to serve the community, we also facilitate educational forums for cancer patients, tailored to address the most pressing issues they face. Community physicians involved in all aspects of cancer care also derive benefit from the CRN mission as our physician roundtables host national leaders to address current topics of interest in cancer care such as genetics, alternative therapies, and supportive care.
CRN’s advocacy and community outreach initiatives help cancer patients and caregivers cope with the disease and assist in the management of everyday struggles they face from diagnosis through survivorship.
Cancer Research Network is dedicated to improving the standard of cancer care through clinical research, education, advocacy, and community outreach. By facilitating the research process for community oncologists participating in FDA approved clinical trials we hope to expedite the approval of therapies designed to treat cancer and to improve quality of life. By empowering the community through educational initiatives, we strive to heighten awareness and knowledge about cancer related issues and research. By acting as a support system through advocacy we hope to meet the needs of cancer patients in every stage of their fight and survivorship.
